Cedar Barn Wedding Packages

Included in your package

• Exclusive use of the top campsite & outdoor areas with no access to the general public from 12pm Friday until 12pm Sunday. 
• Exclusive use of the Barn for wedding reception and evening party. (Barn may also be available for Sunday brunch etc by prior arrangement to extend your celebration)
• Weather permitting, outdoor ceremony set-up (chairs and arch) or inside the Barn. 
• Access from 12pm on Thursday to set-up your Ceremony/Reception decorations and activities etc and until 12pm on Monday to clear down and pack everything up.
• Glassware for Welcome drink and wine & water glasses for the table. 
• Seated Dining space for up to 100 guests.
• Evening Party space for up to 200 guests.
• Ceremony chairs and Wedding Arch
• Fire Pit for warmth for your evening guests (Maintained by Cedar Barn staff only and weather permitting).
• Use of surrounding fields for Photography shoot, meandering guests, evening festivities and outdoor games and activities.
• Support from our Wedding Coordinator in the planning and facilitation of your event.  
• Prep kitchen for the use of your caterers.
• Use of PA system for toasts/Ceremony background music
• Freedom to decorate and dress the barn and grounds to your own style and theme.
• Fully stocked & licenced bar on site

Not included in your package

• All catering and catering staffing costs
• Cost of Registrar or Celebrant fees
• All drinks (apart from water carafes for the table) but additional packages available. 
• Entertainment (e.g. Bands, Disco, Bouncy Castle etc)
• Floral arrangements and decorations
• Chair covers/decorations
• Crockery and Cutlery (this is usually supplied by your chosen caterer)
• Accommodation for guests but Glamping tents and pitches for tents/motorhomes etc are available for your guests to hire.

A £500 deposit is required to secure a date.
